CCYC, LLC., a Georgia-based consortium of national experts, is partnering with Ssom, Inc., a Program/ Construction Management and Consulting Company owned and operated by Joseph G. Moss, Jr. (Moss), who serves as its President and Chairman. CCYC, LLC is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals most of whom were created decades ago through Moss’s unique approaches.

Joseph G. Moss, Jr.
Moss serves as its President and Chairman. He is an engineer by education, training, and experience. After graduating from engineering school. Moss began his career and spearheaded infrastructure projects domestically and internationally. With that he brings an impressive 40+ years of experience to CCYC.
Jerry L. Malone Esq.
Mr. Malone serves as Executive Vice President and CEO. Mr. Malone brings his knowledge of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (“OCIP”). Mr. Malone became familiar with OCIPs in the late 1990s when he served as Chief Counsel at the U. S. Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”) after the FHWA determined that OCIP was an appropriate mechanism for state Departments of Transportation to use on large-scale federally funded highway infrastructure projects.
Eric Pinckney
Eric L. Pinckney currently leads program management and consulting at Integral, most recently he was the principal in charge of Integral’s engagement with Microsoft. Prior to that, Eric was the Project Executive responsible for the implementation of Assembly in Doraville, Georgia, a 165-acre former General Motors plant that was acquired in 2014, over the next six years partially developed, repositioned, and ultimately sold in 2021.

Janai Smith
Janai Smith is the Managing Director and Principal of E. Holdings, Inc. Responsible for seamless day-to-day project operations, she engages new business and maintains excellent relationships with both clients and the community. Delivering to clients more than promised, she is committed to providing quality service and preserving a standard of excellence for the company. Ms. Smith possesses over 20 years of industry experience. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for urban residents and firmly believes businesses need to have a humanitarian focus in today’s diverse global economy.
Steven G. McLendon
Steven G. McLendon has over 23 years of consulting experience. Mr. McLendon currently serves as Managing Partner of The Allied Companies, LLC, an engineering firm based in Washington, DC. The Allied Companies is a fully integrated engineering and consulting firm providing full project life cycle support to government and private clients.

Charles Gaither
Charles Gaither is a consultant with nearly thirty years of experience in community outreach and engagement, public relations and governmental affairs. During his career, he provided community outreach services to the residents of The District of Columbia. Charles has worked for a board member of the D.C. Board of Education as well as a former Mayor of the District of Columbia. He has worked with several public officials and spearheaded numerous initiatives throughout Washington, DC.
Steven Hollabaugh P.E.
Steven Hollabaugh is the CEO and President of Native Strategies, LLC a privately held, certified Native American Owned Small Business and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise. They provide full-service civil engineering, construction management, and program management services to a wide variety of clients including Tribal Governments, Federal Government Agencies, State Departments of Transportation, Municipalities, Engineering Partners, Architects, and Commercial and Residential Developers.
Natasha Bell
Ms. Bell is the CEO and Managing Member of Peach Road Consulting, a consulting firm focused on business development, improving operational and managerial activities, and capital raising for companies of all sizes. An Emory University and Duke Law alum, Ms. Bell has represented Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and blue-chip companies in industries such as manufacturing and retail, infrastructure, technology, insurance, healthcare, energy, and real estate development.
Neeshea Hoshing
Neeshea Hoshing is a Canadian-Jamaican marketing expert with a strong background in Business Administration and Digital Asset Creation. She excels in information systems consulting, mobile apps, digital interface design, and task automation. Renowned for her e-commerce prowess and tech insight. Ms. Hoshing strategic brilliance extends to Government Procurement Projects, where her journey intersects the innovation of tech and marketing.

Brittany Sharpton
Brittany A. Sharpton, President & CEO of Apexa Consulting, Ms. Sharpton, a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, has over 14 years of economic modeling, valuation, and financial feasibility expertise. Brittany advises public and private sector clients on the execution of their strategic plans. She does this through a variety of services including stakeholder engagement, public & government affairs, and community outreach, economic impact analyses, and operational and performance review services for large infrastructure projects.
Calvin Mackie, PhD
Dr. Calvin Mackie is an award-winning mentor, inventor, author, former engineering professor, internationally renowned speaker, and successful entrepreneur. Dr. Mackie founded STEM NOLA to expose, inspire and engage communities in learning about opportunities in STEM. His message and life’s mission continues to transcend race, gender, ethnicity, religion, and time.
Donald J. Gee Esq.
Mr. Gee serves as the Managing Partner of the Gee Law Firm and has done so since the firm’s inception in 1990 as McEachin & Gee. Mr. Gee manages the firm's growth and development and day-to-day operations. Mr. Gee is a trial lawyer who specializes in personal injury and civil rights litigation. Mr. Gee maintains a significant caseload and trial schedule.

Keith Quarles Jr.
Keith Quarles has been in the telecommunications industry and with A2D Inc. for over 15 yrs. He entered the space as a former real estate developer and general contractor in Atlanta. After deploying several open-access fiber networks on his own developments in the mid 2000s, Quarles invested in A2D and transitioned to the telecom industry to expand the open-access fiber business in the states of Georgia and Alabama. He is the president and CFO of A2D, leading all new business development, managing financial investments and overseeing general operations.
