Trinity Mills Station

Trinity Mills Station, a transit-oriented development in Carrollton, Texas, is a vibrant urban village in the heart of Dallas/Fort Worth’s growth corridor. The project, developed by Integral and Koa in partnership with the City of Carrollton and Dallas Area Rapid Transit, will encompass three phases, featuring Class A office space, apartment homes, a hotel, and lifestyle retail and restaurants.

NEXTransit Downtown

NEXTransit Downtown is one of the first implementation projects to come out of NEXTransit, the Long Range Transportation Plan adopted by Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) in 2021. The goal is to reconfigure PRT’s downtown bus routing to accommodate upcoming changes due to the upcoming Downtown-Oakland Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, as well as generally making downtown transit routing more efficient, effective, safer, and more user-friendly.

City Of Pittsburgh Housing Need Assessment

The goal of the Assessment is to provide a better understanding of the existing housing market and needs of current and future Pittsburgh residents. The recommendations of the Assessment will help elected officials, City staff, stakeholders, and community members develop a meaningful sense of the housing market, recognize key housing issues, and understand how these issues impact the City. The data-driven study must include an assessment of existing housing conditions, demographic and market demands, housing gaps and issues, current and anticipated unmet housing needs, and an outlook of anticipated housing demands over the next twenty years. When possible, citywide data should be broken down into smaller, consistent geographic components. The City anticipates the Assessment will create a framework and knowledge base to create a Housing Needs Assessment.

Mt. Washington Landslide Mitigation

The City of Pittsburgh, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, requires consultant services to complete a series of tasks to remediate and/or mitigate the threat of land movement on the various slope faces of Mount Washington within the City of Pittsburgh. The purpose of the Mt. Washington Slope Mitigation Project is to preemptively secure the hillsides of Mt. Washington to minimize the probability of a catastrophic slope event. There are three principle “segments” of Mt. Washington that this project includes.
